Someone is NOT ok

on my usual route home from work today, I come across a police blockade at 15th & Florida Ave...I then run into our good friend Officer Wilson as he is writing up an accident report for this:

The ambulance was already gone, but I cannot imagine that whomever was driving this vehicle is feeling well today. Speedy recovery!

Though, I am terribly curious to talk to Officer Wilson and get the skinny on how precisely this happened...
